- Wheelchairs and mobility aids: The sidewalk in front of the garden where a portion of the festival will be held is wheelchair and mobility-aid accessible. The entrance to the garden is up a sloped, paved incline. Once inside the garden, the ground is grassy and uneven and may be difficult to navigate with a wheelchair or mobility aid.
