The Three Spring Farms team includes Andrew Bachmann and Bryan Meyers. We formed this team in 2011 to raise grassfed beef in Perryville, Missouri. Our current hope is to provide high quality, responsibly raised meats and vegetables to our neighbors and interested customers in the region.
Andrew has extensive farming experience and local connections in southeast Missouri, while Bryan hopes to leverage his Saint Louis relationships to serve a new cohort of pastured meat lovers.
We have not sought organic certification, but farm that way with minimal exceptions, such as the purchase of local hay. We added vegetables in 2015 and that focus continues to grow. We have additional capacity and flexibility to adapt our production to the needs of the customer. Our product list now includes beef, pork, chicken, eggs and a wide array of vegetable in season.
