“Offering sustainably grown wine grapes, strawberries, blackberries, vegetables and goose eggs.”
Etlah Hills Vineyard was founded in 2006. We have never used man made chemical fertilizers or pesticides on their vineyard. Peggy is a master naturalist and volunteers at Shaw Nature Reserve as a naturalist instructor. Peggy also volunteers with the St. Louis Audubon Society’s Bring Conservation Home project. We view our entire farm as habitat for native flora and fauna, and try to intervene with nature as little as possible in our farming operation. We have learned that Norton grapes make delicious jelly and juice in addition to making great tasting wine. |
