Our Work Environment

Gateway Sustainable Farmers Alliance is structured as a worker self-directed organization. Traditional hierarchical dynamics are not present and staff have greater autonomy. This environment requires enhanced interpersonal communication, peer accountability, and collaborative decision-making.
