“What started as a way to provide nutrient-dense produce for our own family has grown into a mission: to bring bold flavor, powerful nutrition, and natural wellness to our local community.”

Just A Couple of Fungi’s is a family-founded indoor mushroom farm focused on growing clean, chemical-free mushrooms for both nourishment and healing. What started as a way to provide nutrient-dense produce for our own family has grown into a mission: to bring bold flavor, powerful nutrition, and natural wellness to our local community.

We grow 12–18 varieties of gourmet and functional mushrooms using organic methods, including Lion’s Mane, Blue Oyster, and Chestnut, and we also produce pure Lion’s Mane and Blue Oyster mushroom powders. Our indoor setup is free of chemicals and contaminants—we believe mushrooms absorb what surrounds them, so we keep the air, environment, and growing inputs clean and intentional.

More than a farm, Just A Couple of Fungi’s is part of a bigger vision: helping fund a future Christian retreat property and Airbnb space designed to transform lives. Our goal is to provide a place where people can encounter God, where young men can rediscover biblical masculinity, and where healing—both physical and spiritual—can begin.

We love serving customers who care about culinary excellence, sustainable living, and natural health. Whether you’re a foodie or a biohacker, our mushrooms offer a flavorful and functional way to nourish your body and soul.
