“We are a regenerative agriculture project based in the intentional communities of Northeast Missouri.”

We’re a small, ecologically based, off-grid family living simply, offering pastured pork, poultry, vegetable produce, eggs, and heirloom seeds.

Our focus is on radical sustainability, intensive grazing, animal welfare, and tree crops. We practice no-till/low-till planting, rotational grazing of heritage breed pigs, poultry, goats and cows, using organic practices (non-certified.) We are off-grid and utilize rain-water catchment, solar power, and practices like scything, biochar and hand cultivation in order to reduce our carbon hoofprint.

We are off grid and rely heavily on hand tools, animal power, and human-scale designs rather than tractors, tillers, etc. Increasing our organic matter and soil carbon is more important to us than yields at this point in our project. Sustainability, ecological rigor, and permanent plantings remain our highest priorities.
