Known & Grown exists to help farmers within the St. Louis foodshed spread the word about their practices, their products, and the principles that ground their work.
“We grow produce and provide education on 17 acres in Millstadt, Illinois.”
“We have 17 acres of farmland which we are adding more pollinators and creating animal habitats. There are two ponds for fishing, we are building worm beds and adding more trees. The vegetable and herb beds will be fully planted for our first year of growing in 2021. The farm is open by appointment for youth groups to learn about gardening and work on conservation badges.”
